The designer behind her namesake, Sheila Frank graduated in 2007 with a BFA from Moore College of Art & Design.

Sheila began her career with an internship at Charlotte Ronson (NYC). Upon graduating Sheila launched swimwear and ready-to-wear collections which received press recognition from publications such as VOGUE (IT), Harpers Bazaar (VT), Forbes.com, Oyster Mag (AU), Philadelphia Magazine and Daily Candy. Sheila has designed for multiple categories from swimwear, ready-to-wear, eveningwear and bridal.

While patternmaking and designing for Curtain Call Dance Costumes, Sheila built a business for a private clientele which blossomed into SHEILA FRANK Bridal. With a fine arts background and love of costume, Sheila is inspired by historical references and handmade details.

Sheila enjoys collaborations and in 2021 had the opportunity to design costumes for the Pennsylvania Ballet Academy's summer performance of Peter & the Wolf. Sheila began working with celebrity stylists in 2022 to design and make gowns for the red carpet.

SHEILA FRANK Bridal debuted on CFDA x Runway360 in April 2021.
