Due to an influx of recent cancellations SHEILA FRANK will be implementing a $25 non-refundable booking fee for all appointments.
If you do purchase a gown during your appointment, the $25 will be applied to your balance.

Due to the new restrictions that Gov. Wolf has set in place for 12/12/2020 - 1/4/2021, We have decided to remain closed and will RE-OPEN our business with the Opening of our Mechanicsburg location on January 16, 2021.

Due to the nature of our business model of working one on one with customers, we feel it would be best for our showroom in Millersburg, PA to remain closed as we are in the yellow phase.
While we are closed, our dresses will travel to green lighted boutiques for their re-scheduled trunkshows!
